Fitness Center

Featuring:
  • Over 30 pieces of cardiovascular and weight training equipment

  • Individualized workouts
  • Computerized fitness assessments

  • Tune-in to one of four TVs or four music stations during cardio workouts

Cardiovascular Equipment:
  • 8 treadmills
  • 4 upright bikes
  • 4 recumbent bikes
  • 3 steppers
  • 3 elliptical trainers

Assessments: Prior to utilizing the Fitness Center, certain adult Annual Pass Holders are required to have a computerized fitness assessment*, which will include: aerobic capacity, body fat analysis, flexibility, muscular strength, resting heart rate and resting blood pressure. For those adult members not required, the assessment is optional.

Orientations: Every member (This includes teens, multiple Visit Passes, College Passes, etc.) who utilizes the fitness center must have an orientation on the fitness equipment (set up and operation) and the rules of our fitness center.

Appointments must be made for the Orientations and Assessments
(walk-ins are not accepted).

Monday - Thursday 5:30 am - 10:00 pm
Friday 5:30 am - 9:00 pm
Saturday & Sunday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

1. One on one Personal Training is available for both Youth and Adults
2. Get Up, Get Moving (A Healthier Community Program)

Equipment Replacement Schedule: Each year we replace several pieces of exercise equipment, both cardio and strength. The replacement plan phases out old equipment to limit potential and frequent breakdowns. And, to keep the facility updated with the latest technology has to offer!

Getting bored with your old fitness routine? If you have been using the same workout for 6 weeks or more you should set up an appointment with one of the fitness staff to change your program. If you want to continue to benefit from your program it should be changed at least every 6 to 8 weeks. If you lack in motivation, try our Personal Training Program and meet one on one with a trainer to help motivate you through your workouts to get the most out of each session!
